Check you IP in MAC OS:

Step 1:

First of all, go to the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen and click the second option named as “System Preferences”.

Step 2:

Now go to the Network icon and click it.

Step 3:

Now from the left column select your current Wi-Fi connection and then click the “Advanced” button.

Step 4:

Now in the “Advanced” tab, you have to click the TCP/IP tab.

Step 5:

Here in the “TCP/IP” tab you can clearly see the IP address of your computer as the second option “IPv4 Addresses”.

Another way to find your IP address in MAC OS:

There is another way with Which you can easily find the IP address of your mac.

  • First go to the terminal and open a New Window, then type “ifconig” in the New Window and press enter.
  • It will show you the configuration of your network adapters.
  • Here you have to find the “en0:” and this is it.
